How Long?

An item ordered that does not involve any customization will be shipped via Fedex 2 day shipping within 2-3 business days.

Items ordered that require customization such as making a mounting, sizing, or building an eternity band or bracelet will take roughly 2-3 weeks to complete and another 2 days to ship. 

Free Shipping Policy

Namdar Diamonds is pleased to offer free, fully insured, shipping and returns, within the United States.

There are no hidden fees or additional expenses that will be added onto the cost of the item (loose diamond or jewelry piece) at any point.

• All orders are fully insured before shipping by Namdar.
• A proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.
• Every item is shipped with an invoice and an appraisal if one has been requested.

No Sales Tax

Namdar Diamonds is located in New York state and therefore does not collect tax on orders shipping outside of New York State.

Sales tax in NY State will be collected and is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.

Currently in New York City sales tax is at 8.875% and the surrounding counties vary by zip code.

Add your items to the cart and you will be given the option to enter your zip code to see your total before you proceed to checkout information.

Shipping Outside the USA

For any shipments outside the USA, actual shipping costs will be added, and Namdar is not responsible for any duties/customs fess.
